Since the advent of the computer, the world steadly has become more and more data-driven. This trend has also bled over to project management, where advancements of project management software and tools have made project data collection and management significantly more seamless. With the vast amount of project data gathered, there is great potential in utilizing this data - and one way to do this is to adopt project dashboards as a tool to help monitor the project.
