Digitalization is the future! This applies to all industries. The construction industry had already tasted this well in the past 10 years. Different tools and methods is developed. In this article, the benefits of digitalization are discussed.

But the role contains more than that. The project sponsor is one of the key project stakeholders. A sponsor can be internally or externally, could be a person, a organization or a company. They have as much impact as a project manager. The line between the project manager and a project sponsor is very thin. It is an art to keep the line and stay out of each other’s areas.
